Tuesday, August 19, 2003Email MonsantoLast Thursday, I highlighted a story about the agrichemical corporation Monsanto and its lawsuit against the family-owned Oakhurst Dairy in Maine. Monsanto is upset because the dairy is advertising that their farmers pledge not to use artificial growth hormones on the cows that produce their milk. And Monsanto, of course, sells those artificial growth hormones. Well, Working for Change is running an email campaign to urge Monsanto to call off the lawsuit.
